Wood Energy Program

To assist in the development of programs using wood biomass for energy, the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation provides information on biomass feedstock supplies and helps navigate financing options, analytical tools, and networking opportunities. Their “Biomass Ready” program helps building developers make sure their projects don’t include features that would prevent the implementation of biomass energy systems in the future.
