The Michigan Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) funding provides property owners with the opportunity to finance energy efficiency, water conservation, and renewable energy projects with no upfront costs. Eligible improvements must decrease energy or water use or generate electricity on-site. PACE funding is available in participating municipalities.
