The Maine Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program allows owners of eligible commercial and industrial buildings to finance up to 100% of their renewable energy and other sustainability improvements. Qualifying properties must be real commercial properties that do not have residential mortgages, are not owned by a federal, state, or municipal government, and are located in a municipality that participates in a commercial PACE program. Eligible installations are those that produce energy or heat from renewable resources.
