Illinois PACE Financing Program

The Illinois Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program allows owners of eligible commercial or industrial buildings to finance up to 100% of their renewable energy and other sustainability improvements. Section 5/101011 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes grants municipalities the right to enter into voluntary agreements to finance installing renewable energy sources or energy efficiency improvements.
