Clean Energy and Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund

Hawaii Senate Bill 932 amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 196 to create a clean energy and energy efficiency revolving loan fund administered by the Hawaii Green Infrastructure Authority. This bill was enacted in 2021 and there are not currently any examples of specific past projects eligible for funds.
