Many electrified thermal energy storage (TES) projects have recently come online, successfully delivering heat to industrial end users worldwide. To showcase this momentum and help inform end users, utilities, policymakers, and other stakeholders, the Renewable Thermal Collaborative developed an interactive map of industrial power-to-heat TES projects around the world:
The map is based on public data—we encourage interested stakeholders to see if their existing TES projects are represented in the Projects Map and contact Daniel Galis ([email protected]) with any edits or additional projects to include.
