2024 RTC Summit Promotional Partner Agreement

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Renewable Thermal Collaborative (RTC) Summit Promotional Partner! By e-signing this form, you agree to complete at least three of the following (please indicate your chosen items by checking the boxes below): *

Send one dedicated email to your mailing list promoting the RTC Summit at least one month before the event.
Include the Summit in two e-newsletters at least one month before the event.
Add the Summit to the upcoming events section of your website at least one month before the event.
Post two Summit updates on LinkedIn at least one month before the event.

In return for your generous assistance, the RTC agrees to:

Display your logo on the registration website and logo/link on the event website.
Display your logo on select event promotional materials.
Display your logo on Summit session slides.
Acknowledge your organization in at least two LinkedIn posts.
Offer one 30% registration discount to the RTC Summit, provided you complete the items outlined above.
Provide Summit marketing material, including sample newsletter, social media language, and graphics.
