RFP: Impacts of Scaling Industrial Electrification in the U.S.

The RTC is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to analyze the economic opportunity for state policymakers and regulators tied to the growth of clean heat solutions in the U.S. industrial sector.
 
This project will assess the market potential, energy impacts, and economic development benefits of scaling industrial electrification technologies such as industrial heat pumps, thermal energy storage, and other electrified process heat solutions. The analysis will explore how clean heat deployment can drive manufacturing growth, strengthen domestic supply chains, expand workforce opportunities, and spur energy infrastructure investments while advancing national goals around competitiveness, industrial leadership, and energy security.
