Local Improvement and Energy Improvement Program

Under this law, a municipality, county, or multi-county joint power board can designate an Energy Improvements Area, and establish a program to make loans to owners of residential, commercial, or industrial real property in the area for projects that increase energy efficiency or generate renewable energy.
