Office of Renewable Fuels

Washington established a statewide Renewable Fuels Office to promote RDD&D of renewable fuel technologies and facilitate the establishment of a Clean Hydrogen Hub in the state. The state also tasked the office with studying hydrogen incentive structures, standards, and future regulation, supporting the equitable implementation of clean energy projects, and promoting hydrogen partnerships.
