Renewable Energy Production Grant Award

Before the construction of a renewable energy production system, an individual can apply to the State Department of Energy for a grant worth up to 35% of the cost of the project or $250,000 per system. Their definition of a “renewable energy production system” includes biomass, solar, geothermal, landfill gas, and biogas.
