The Oklahoma Statutes call for the creation of a Hydrogen Production, Transportation, and Infrastructure Task Force to meet at least once a month and discuss issues of hydrogen power, such as the incentives and taxes necessary to accelerate a hydrogen economy in the state. The task force submitted a final report, as well as a roadmap for a hydrogen economy, on December 1, 2021.
