Clean Energy Fund > Market Development Portfolio

The Market Development portfolio is one of four portfolios associated with the New York State Clean Energy Fund. It provides $2.4 billion in programmatic funding for energy efficiency and clean energy solutions through 2025. Focus areas for the Market Development Portfolio include renewable energy, distributed energy, and clean heating and cooling. This portfolio funded both New York’s Heat Pump Incentive Program and its now-expired Renewable Heat NY program.
