Biomass Incentive and Research Program

The North Dakota Industrial Commission’s Biomass Incentive and Research Program promotes the growth of North Dakota’s biomass industry through research and development. This program provides grants which provide technical assistance and promote the delivery of biomass feedstocks on a commercial scale to private end users. Projects with matching funds will be given higher priority and there is no maximum grant amount other than the limits of legislative appropriation for the year.
