Minnesota Retiree Environmental Technical Assistance Program (RETAP)

Through this program, small businesses, institutions, and local governments in Minnesota can receive no-cost recommendations on how to increase energy and water efficiency and cut operating costs. The recommendations come from assessments conducted by retired, experienced professionals funded by the MCPA.
