Efficiency Maine Trust - Energy Efficiency and Renewable Resource Fund

Chapter 103 of Section 95-648 of the Maine Code of Rules establishes rules for the Renewable Resource Fund. These rules outline the selection criteria for a competitive bid process for both renewable resource research and development projects at academic institutions as well as renewable energy demonstration projects at Maine-based nonprofits. Eligible renewable energy installations include those that produce energy or heat from renewable sources.
