Maryland Smart Energy Communities Grant

The Maryland Energy Administration provides grant funding to local governments to promote energy efficiency, renewable energy, and transportation petroleum-reduction projects. Up to $165,000 of funding will be available for Tier 1 renewable energy projects, with a maximum award of $55,000 per eligible project, including solar thermal and geothermal.
