The Florida Renewable Energy Technologies Sales Tax Refund

This sales tax refund applies to taxpayers seeking a refund of Florida sales tax accrued and paid after July 1, 2012, on materials used to distribute biodiesel, ethanol, and other renewable fuels. As described in Rule 5O-2.001 of the Florida Administrative Code, this refund is limited to $1 million for each fiscal year for all taxpayers.
