Energize Delaware Green Bond

The Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility (DESEU) was created in 2007 by the state of Delaware and is a nonprofit that implements the Energize Delaware Initiative for commercial, industrial, and other non-residential groups. The initiative offers low-interest commercial loans for renewable energy projects following a feasibility study and other activities. Loan amounts can range between $30,000 and $2,000,000 per project.
