DC-PACE

DC PACE is a financing product developed through a partnership between Urban Ingenuity and the DC Department of Energy and Environment. This program offers 100% financing for energy and water projects, allowing qualified property owners to receive financing repaid through a property tax assessment on terms of up to 20 years. DC-PACE was turned over to the jurisdiction of the DC Green Bank in October 2021. Loan sizes must exceed $100,000.
