Low-Carbon Hydrogen Roadmap

The Colorado Energy Office commissioned Energy & Environmental Economics (E3) to develop a Low-Carbon Hydrogen Roadmap to evaluate the potential role hydrogen could play in achieving Colorado’s climate goals. It identifies opportunities, barriers, and recommendations for the deployment of low-carbon hydrogen in Colorado over the next 15 years.
