Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Energy Management for Manufacturing in Colorado (GEMM)

This regulation from the Colorado Air Quality Control Commission requires that large, energy-intensive, and trade-exposed manufacturers conduct “GHG Best Available Emissions Control Technology” and “Energy BMP Audit Plan” audits every five years to achieve a 5% reduction in their GHG emissions. If they do not meet this target, then they will be subject to further regulation.
