Building Decarbonization Report

This law mandates that the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission (Energy Commission) identify, before December 31, 2023, all available state and federal financing or investment solutions pertaining to the decarbonization of buildings through renewable electrification. The Commission is tasked with consulting with stakeholders and providing technical assistance to electrical corporations, community choice aggregators, and other groups.
