Hydrogen Study Committee

Senate Bill 1396 establishes the Hydrogen Study Committee, composed of Members of the state House of Representatives, Senate, and relevant department directors to study the production of hydrogen from any fuel source, including renewable electricity, and recommend legislation related to the production, use, distribution, and storage of hydrogen.
