Summary

ZETA Boiler delivers advanced medium-voltage immersion-electrode steam and hot water boiler technology for North America’s district-energy and industrial heat markets. With roots dating back to 1898 through Swedish engineering leader Zander & Ingeström AB, ZETA is the original inventor of the electrode boiler and has more than 3,000 global installations. Our boilers provide near-100% efficiency, zero onsite emissions, rapid startup, and full modulation from 3–100% output. Designed for 5–70+ MW applications, ZETA systems produce high-purity steam and high-temperature hot water while eliminating the complexity of fuel systems, stacks, burners, and combustion maintenance.

ZETA boilers are a powerful enabler of electrification and decarbonization, converting renewable or off-peak electricity into clean, reliable heat. They integrate seamlessly with thermal storage, grid-flexibility strategies, and modern district-energy networks. Our mission is to support North America’s transition to clean, flexible, electrified heat—delivering proven Scandinavian engineering with modern performance, reliability, and service. Our boilers are made locally in North America and meets all ASME/CRN and electrical requirements.
