Green Hydrogen Evaluation Report

This law mandates that the California Air Resources Board lead an evaluation, to be completed by June 1, 2024, concerning the role of green hydrogen in the state. This report will examine how green hydrogen can help achieve state climate objectives, what infrastructure the large-scale deployment of green hydrogen requires, and what suite of mechanisms can help overcome market barriers to the scaling of this technology.
