PACE Wisconsin allows municipalities to work with private sector lenders to provide up to 100% of the up-front cost to property owners for qualified energy efficiency and renewable energy measures. Loans are repaid through a property tax assessment using resulting energy savings over a period of years. PACE Wisconsin targets commercial and industrial property owners in participating communities and allows renewable energy as an eligible category for improvements.
