This program accelerates the adoption of innovative energy technologies and expands access to them by providing reimbursement grants to manufacturers, non-profits, utilities, and local institutions like schools, hospitals, and municipalities. Projects using biomass, biogas, solar thermal, beneficial electrification, and thermal storage, among other technologies, are eligible.
