The Washington Department of Commerce offers grants for energy efficiency projects and upgrades in existing public-owned facilities. Grantees must match half of funding from non-state sources. Projects located in low-income communities, high-impact communities, or tribal areas may be eligible for a reduced matching requirement of 33%.
