The ConserFund Loan Program, administered by the South Carolina Energy Office, provides financing to state agencies, public higher education institutions, school districts, local governments, and non-profits for energy efficiency improvement projects. Loans can cover up to 100% of eligible project costs for projects between $25,000 and $500,000.
