The NH Renewable Portfolio Standard has a carve-out for eligible renewable resources that must be used to meet a set percentage of retail electricity sales to end-user customers. The PRS requires electricity providers, except municipal utilities, to acquire renewable energy certificates equivalent to 25.2% of retail electricity sold to customers by 2025 and maintain this standard for all years following.
