The Mississippi Development Authority administers a revolving loan fund for clean energy projects. Eligible applicants include corporations, public school districts, hospitals, higher education institutions, sole proprietors or partnerships, national and regional headquarters operations. Eligible projects must reduce facility energy costs. Loans have terms up to 10 years and range from $15,000 to $500,000. Eligible projects include HVAC systems, retrofit systems, and a host of beneficial electrification equipment.
