They offer SELF revolving loans for projects costing between $50,000 and $225,000 that forecast a 20% energy reduction. They offer hybrid revolving loans for projects costing between $50,000 and $600,000 and which do an energy audit or an engineering analysis. Last, they offer an ESPC revolving loan for projects costing over $600,000 that use ESPC or ESCO.
