The Illinois Smart Energy Design Assistance Program, a public-private partnership, administers the Retro-Commissioning (RCx) Program. This program provides guidance for repairs, upgrades, and maintenance needs for buildings, including HVAC systems. Non-residential facilities in the Armen Illinois territory can have services partially or fully reimbursed if they meet certain energy savings requirements. Facilities outside of the Armen Illinois territory can also receive services for a fee.
