Delaware C-PACE offers low-interest loans to commercial, industrial, agricultural, nonprofit, and multifamily property owners for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. Loan amounts can range between $30,000 and $2,000,000 per project. For a property owner to take advantage of this program, the county in which the building is located will have voluntarily passed a resolution to participate in the program.
