Colorado Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE)

The Colorado Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program allows owners of eligible commercial and industrial buildings to finance up to 100% of their renewable energy improvements. Eligible improvements include fuel cells, geothermal systems, solar thermal systems, and waste heat recovery, among others. Eligible properties are commercial, industrial, agricultural, non-profit, and multi-family dwelling buildings.
