Measures to Increase Biomass Utilization

This act, known as House Bill 21-1180 (“Measures to Increase Biomass Utilization”) requires the state forest service to implement a biomass utilization grant program to award up to $2.5 million in grants to demonstrate the utilization of biomass for various purposes, including energy generation.
